Prithvi takes his sword and takes a vow of war. I will take Sanyo away right in front of Jaichand. After two days we will attack Kannauj. Samar and Pratha look at each other. Chand, Arjun get ready to attack Kannuj after 2 days on “puranvasi ki rath” you people with the army will leave Dhilli, Prithvi is serious. Mother watches him and calls out his name.

It is night, Ghori has come to the dungeon to check upon his dancer, he watches from the corridor Chitralekha asleep in a standing position, tied up in chains, in her cell, a torch blinks in the darkness. Ghori turns and grins he leaves the dungeon.
Meanwhile in the darkness in the same place a guard’s neck is slit. It is Mir Hussain he is accessible to the door and unlocks it to get to Chitralekha. He enters her cell and removes the chains. Chitralekha! Open your eyes she is unconscious, he holds her upright.

Sanyo gets up from her bed, she fears something and sees a shadow in her hut approaching. She gets up from her bed quickly and sees a dark apparition. No! She shouts, a knife is pointed at her. She finally leaves the hut, Sanyogita is in tears she weeps. She calls Prithvi’s name.

Prithvi is in the palace his friends are also present. A disturbing event takes place Prithvi sits down while two swami's pour milk on him from a brass vessel. Prithvi is dressed in white loin cloth only. Prithvi remembers his promise to his mother, Pratha, Chand, Arjun and Pundir watch on speechless as the milk is poured on his body. Next water is brought and poured on Prithvi in the same fashion, he remembers his words that he said he will not marry anybody. The water from the pots finish Prithvi gets up.
Next all are assembled and Guruji puts turmeric and kum kum on his forehead. Prithvi remembers how he said he will not participate in any festivals. Guruji throws rose petals on his head to complete the ritual, Prithvi leaves, he had also taken oath to leave his responsibilities as King. Prithvi is dressed in white (the whole incident flashes across his mind), he has sacrificed and completed the "abishek" to solemnize his oath of his mother.
